Nicole's experience consulting Fortune 500 healthcare companies on managing strategic goals has proven invaluable in her current role as a financial services business owner. She has always put herself in her clients' shoes when providing strategies to meet their vision of financial success.
Nicole is especially passionate about working with women in leadership, families, and business owners to protect, manage, and grow their wealth. Her professional registrations, including the FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, and 65 held with LPL Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor, and Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses with the state of Virginia, have bolstered her expertise in serving her clients' financial and protection planning needs.
In addition to her financial planning expertise, Nicole is the published author of College Funding Strategies: I Wish Someone Had Told Me which was published through The College Money Team. She is an expert in College Funding Planning and Financial Aid at The College Money Team, where she has advised hundreds of families and gained a better understanding of their wealth planning needs to pursue this crucial financial goal.
Nicole holds an MBA in Finance and Health Services Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has been recognized for her achievements and contributions to her community. Currently, Nicole serves on the Spotsylvania County Public School Board and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is a Leadership Fredericksburg graduate, President of the Board of Directors at HELP Consulting, Inc., an educational services non-profit, and a member of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce.
When she isn't helping her clients pursue their financial goals, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her three children, creating priceless memories through travel, outdoor adventures, and educational pursuits.

Claresa Tinsley
Claresa is integral to our team and firm value. She provides our clients with a service experience that supports our implementation of your financial plans and facilitates the relationship you have with our advisors. Claresa is an LPL Registered Administrative Assistant and holds the Series 6 and 63 Registrations with LPL Financial, and life insurance licenses.
Prior to supporting NCFSG in 2020, Claresa’s professional experience was thirty-plus years in commercial insurance, spending the latter of those years supporting and servicing agents as a senior commercial underwriter. She sees her current position as an opportunity to grow in financial literacy and to be in a position to help others by supporting advisors who are focused on the importance of the financial confidence of their clients.
Claresa also finds great pleasure in ministering to others, especially women, encouraging them in emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Michael Bush
Michael is registered and licensed as an Investment Advisor Representative of LPL. He obtains a fiduciary responsibility to his advisory clients and brings to our team a diverse skill set in communications, leadership, and a passion for service. Michael supports new client development and is the primary advisor for emerging investors and young professionals.
Michael is a true asset to our organization and his community. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, VA, he graduated from Christopher Newport University in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science along with a double minoring in Leadership & Communication Studies. Throughout college, he was a Bonner Service Scholar, volunteering 1200 hours to local nonprofits over the course of 4 years. During his time at CNU, Michael also served as the President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and was recognized for his outstanding service with a Dean's Service Award.
Michael's career and service goals led him to Newark, NJ, where he joined AmeriCorps as an 8th grade Math teacher and basketball coach. In addition to his work in education, Michael is committed to promoting individual sustainable practices and researching local environmental issues to help improve communities through education, awareness, and service.
In his free time, Michael enjoys being outdoors, working out, gardening, cooking, listening to music and podcasts, and traveling to learn about the different cultures within cities and places across the United States and the world.
